The Opportunity

We are seeing a growing demand for our solution in the market. Due to this rapid growth, we are building our customer success team, which is responsible for managing the customer journey and delivering ongoing value to our customers.

About the Role

The mission of a Customer Success Manager is to establish a trusting relationship with our customers. You will manage the entire post-sale customer lifecycle, from managing the product implementation & customer onboarding to providing value throughout the relationship with the customer until their contract renewal.
